We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Nanocore Corporation warrants its product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 60 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply if device is damaged, not used as intended or modified in any way. The Company will replace any unit deemed defective. Long-term storage in refrigerator or freezer will not affect the device’s performance.

1. Attach one piece of elastic/Velcro to one side of unit.

2. Place wrap on affected area.

3. Affix strap to opposite side of wrap unit and secure.

4. Adjust strap for comfort and secure fit.
